Where vision becomes a system.
Violet Flame arrived as a logo and an idea. No launched product, no brand system, no language. My work was to build the architecture around it.
The central challenge was differentiation. This was ultra-luxury ritual chocolate with no real comparison in the market. Some of the audience was following the chocolatier's craft. A new audience needed to understand something different: that this chocolate was a ritual, a sensory pause designed to reconnect you to yourself. Getting both audiences to find their way in through the same door required the language to do real work. I developed the brand guide to answer the foundational questions: what is the value, what is the offering, what is the promise. The visual system followed from that thinking.
I returned later to offer Creative Direction for the Cacao Spiritus experience, evaluating language across email campaigns, and
establish a repeatable creative cadence for social.
